Job Summary
Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects. Coordinate with other discipline leads and be an integral member of the project management and delivery team. Lead roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks. Proficient with Microstation OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software. Demonstrate strong team leadership, client relationship skills, and the ability to work on local and Rocky Mountain Region projects. Exhibit excellent communication, meet project deadlines, and grow professionally within a collaborative team environment to create designs and drawings supporting client goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current PE license, preferred state(s): UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA
- 10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design
- 5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects
- 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
- Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff, and management
- Organized and detail-oriented
