Job Summary
Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects, coordinating with other discipline leads as an integral member of the project management and delivery team. Drive roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks, with proficiency in MicroStation OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Demonstrate strong team leadership, effective communication with clients, staff, and management, and a proven history of meeting project deadlines. Be prepared to work on local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects and contribute to growth and development within the team and client goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current PE license
- 10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design
- 5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects
- 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
- Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
- Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels
- Organized and detail-oriented
