Design/Build Discipline Lead/Deputy Design Manager for transportation projects in the US. Manage a project/program valued over $1B total installed cost; drive scope development, commercial performance, and pursuit strategy; foster collaboration across stakeholders; lead multidisciplinary teams on large design-build roadway/bridge projects. Requires a 4-year Civil Engineering degree, 12+ years of related experience, and a Registered Professional Engineer. Remote work options available with travel to job sites required. Salary range $125,100–$225,200. Location: US remote; primary focus in Mid-Central region (Southern Illinois) with opportunities across North America.
Required Qualifications
