Job Summary
Design-Build Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing the design and construction phases, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; leading multidisciplinary teams; managing budgets, schedules, quality, and safety; ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations; and providing documentation and guidance for project execution. Skills include stakeholder management, budgeting and estimating, schedule development, risk and subcontractor management, strong communication and negotiation, and proficiency with project management tools; acceptable candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering (or substantial related experience) and have 2-7 years of relevant PM experience in design-build. Certifications: OSHA 10/30 preferred. Working knowledge of ground-up construction/renovation processes and ability to manage projects up to $15 million.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering (or substituted with experience)
- Minimum of 2-7 years of project management experience, particularly in design-build construction
- Minimum 10-hour OSHA / 30-Hour OSHA certifications (OSHA requirements noted as preferred)
