Job Summary
Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects, coordinate with discipline leads, and serve as a key member of the project delivery team to develop MOT schemes during pursuits and project execution. Manage design efforts using Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D, collaborate with contractor partners, and ensure timely delivery of designs and drawings that support project goals. Requires proven leadership, client communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment on regional projects.
Required Qualifications
- Current PE license preferred in UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA
- 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects
- 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage client relations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects
