Job Summary
Lead Spartan Construction Management’s design-build portfolio from pursuit through construction turnover, coordinating clients, design partners, preconstruction teams, and field operations to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while growing design-build opportunities and client relationships. Accountable for design reviews, constructability, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, value engineering, contract startup, and alignment of scope, schedule, and cost. Drive monthly reporting, pipeline management, and continuous process improvements to enhance design-build delivery performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on design-build projects.
- Proven track record of managing design-build delivery, from concept to completion.
