Job Summary
Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation design-build and pre-design pursuits, coordinating with other discipline leads and serving as an integral member of the project delivery team. Manage hydraulic design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks using Microstation, OpenRoads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients while working effectively in a group environment across local and Rocky Mountain Region projects. This role supports the Innovative Pursuits Team's goal of providing value-added designs for Mountain West infrastructure projects. A current PE license and 10+ years of leading drainage design experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current PE license
- 10+ years of leading drainage design for infrastructure projects
- 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
- Ability and commitment to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects
- Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
- Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels
- Organized and detail-oriented
