Job Summary
Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation design-build and pre-design projects, coordinating with other leads and managing hydraulic design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks. Utilize Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D to deliver value-added designs supporting client goals across local and Rocky Mountain Region projects. Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients while ensuring project deadlines are met. Requires current PE license and 10+ years of leading drainage design experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current PE license
- 10+ years of leading drainage design for infrastructure projects
- 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
- Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
- Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability and commitment to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Microstation, OpenRoads, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other applicable software common to the field of transportation drainage engineering
- Preferred state(s): UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA
