Job Summary
Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation design-build and pre-design pursuits, coordinating with other discipline leads and serving as an integral member of the project delivery team. Direct drainage and hydraulic design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks using Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients while meeting project deadlines across local and Rocky Mountain Region projects. Requires current PE license and 10+ years of leading drainage design experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current PE license
- 10+ years of leading drainage design for infrastructure projects
- 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
- Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
- Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability and commitment to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Microstation, OpenRoads, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other applicable software common to the field of transportation drainage engineering
- Preferred state(s): UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA
