Design & BIM Manager

Job Summary
Design HVAC hydronic systems based on project specifications to deliver accurate, ready-to-use engineering outputs for customers. Apply system sizing, balancing, and optimisation expertise to improve efficiency and reliability across heating and cooling applications. Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models and Revit families aligned with Danfoss product portfolios and industry standards. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to support customer requests and keep BIM content up to date. Enhance BIM workflows and tools to improve consistency, efficiency, and user experience across the HydronicS organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background
- At least 5 years of hands-on expertise in hydronic HVAC system design, including sizing, balancing, and calculation methods
- Proven experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows, including creating and managing Revit families
- Ability to translate technical designs into clear, customer-ready documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Product Management)
- Fluent English communication skills for working with international customers and teams
