Design Assurance & CDM Lead

Design Assurance & CDM Lead responsible for the HS2 Track programme design risk management, CDM compliance, and design integration across the Rail Systems Alliance. Lead the Safe by Design approach, coordinate design reviews and multidisciplinary workshops, support Design Managers and Engineering Managers, and oversee health, safety, and occupational hygiene considerations throughout the design lifecycle. Act as the focal point for design risk management, CDM coordination, and governance, ensuring residual risks are captured and communicated, while facilitating collaboration between design partners, Principal Designer representatives, and project stakeholders.
