Design Associate

Design Associate responsible for meeting homeowners in their homes to design flooring and bathroom remodeling solutions, using our in-home sales system to prepare proposals and close projects. Role involves serving as the customer's primary point of contact, coordinating with office and production teams to ensure a standout customer experience, building relationships that generate referrals, and actively networking to generate additional sales opportunities. The position emphasizes designing solutions that fit each customer's style and budget, leveraging technology and software, and participating in ongoing sales, design, and product training.
