Job Summary
Gather, prep, and organize floral products and supplies while maintaining an efficient, clean workspace. Coordinate materials, assemble basic mechanics for orders, and distribute design tickets to support workflow. Build positive relationships with designers and communicate issues or questions to the Design Manager. Monitor supply levels, report low inventory, and transport finished designs for delivery or staging. Enter product requests as directed and help execute department projects to meet production deadlines. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, handling tasks such as conditioning flowers and identifying varieties.

- Able to work in cold environments (around 32°F) for extended periods
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs
- Tobacco-free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hours
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
