Job Summary
Design and package brake controls hardware components, including anti-lock brake modules, electronic stability control modules, and electronic brake boosters. Manage product release CAD and BOM structures, perform assembly positioning and mass attribute analysis, and facilitate supplier data integration. Conduct feasibility analyses using CAD tools for draft angle, undercut detection, and clearance checks to support manufacturing requirements. Complete Federal Motor Vehicle Safety System documentation and compliance. Utilize PLM ecosystem processes for version control and change management. Based in Livonia, Michigan, this global role supports advancements in autonomy and electrification.
