Job Summary
Support Senior Designers in developing and managing residential and light commercial projects across the Carmel area by assisting with AutoCAD and Chief Architect detailing, space planning, and shop drawings. Perform field surveys and measurements, analyze blueprints, and select lighting, fabric, and furniture for installations throughout Indianapolis. Prepare accurate labor and material takeoffs, bid documents, and proposals while reviewing contracts for compliance. Contact prospective clients and collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and installation managers to ensure contract profitability. Requires a Bachelor's in Interior Design and proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Chief Architect. Full-time, Monday through Friday with a 90-day evaluation.
