Required Qualifications
- Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience. Able to independently handle standard digital/wide-format print jobs, file setup and adjustments, customer intake, and day-to-day production tasks.
- Design & Production Specialist responsibilities include creating and producing business cards, banners, booklets, stickers, dye-sublimation prints, and promo items; Pre-Press & Quality tasks including preflight files, troubleshooting technical issues, and printer maintenance and color calibration; Client collaboration with ownership team and B2B/B2C clients; Store operations including POS, inventory, and community initiatives; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva proficiency; Experience with EFI Fiery, VersaWorks, Epson Edge or similar RIP software a plus
- Senior Specialist responsibilities include independently managing complex or high-value jobs; troubleshooting file and equipment issues; overseeing color consistency; prioritizing the print queue; helping improve workflows; mentoring others;
