Job Summary
Drive architecture governance, design assurance, and technology planning to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards. Partner with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to prioritize architecture demand and support strategic investment decisions. Lead the development of architecture roadmaps, standards, and technology blueprints that guide the evolution of the digital landscape. Establish and maintain architecture frameworks, artefacts, and governance processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Drive architecture compliance and continuous improvement by leading governance forums and providing expert design guidance. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary package with up to $18,550 in salary packaging benefits, flexible work options including 40% work from home, and a 40-hour schedule. Travel within Western Australia and interstate is required.
Required Qualifications
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Architecture certifications such as TOGAF
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture
- At least seven years in architecture roles
- Proven experience leading and developing teams of architects
- Broad expertise across application, cloud, infrastructure, and network architecture
- Demonstrated ability to develop architecture strategies
- Demonstrated ability to drive technology roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions within large, complex, multi-site organisations
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery
- Alignment to organisational objectives
