Job Summary
Lead and oversee design and drafting activities for the Americas DEPS team, ensuring high-quality mechanical and civil design work. Responsibilities include supervising engineering tasks, resource planning, managing digital engineering assets, and providing technical guidance to the design team. Collaborate across teams to meet project schedules, enforce drafting standards, and conduct engineering reviews. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of management experience in engineering are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years managing engineering teams
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related field)
- Relevant experience in engineering design, supervision, or project coordination
- Proficiency with BIM, CAD systems, and engineering design software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
