Design and Construction Senior Project Manager (ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines)

Lead the development and implementation of the overall construction project portfolio strategy, governing project initiation and securing executive buy-in for high-impact data center builds. Direct the execution of multiple concurrent, complex construction programs, exercising ultimate financial control over multi-million to billion-dollar budgets while maintaining best-in-class technical standards. Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and performance management to a team of Project Managers and supporting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Design, implement, and audit comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control frameworks across the portfolio, ensuring proactive compliance with all evolving local, national, and international regulatory and environmental standards. Develop and manage a strategic, portfolio-level risk register, identifying systemic threats to the construction pipeline and championing organizational-wide mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary escalation point for all project-related issues, cultivating strategic relationships with C-suite executives, key government bodies, and Tier 1 vendor partners.
