Job Summary
Design and Analysis Engineer for Mission Systems Integration on a Phantom Works program. Drive system-of-systems capability design and integration across EO/IR and RF sensor systems, communications, and weapon systems. Define requirements, verification approaches, and interfaces; translate customer needs into hardware/software designs; utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for requirements, interfaces, and traceability; perform hardware/software development, integration, test, and validation; prototype and lab integration; collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership; role is onsite in St. Louis with potential up to 10% travel. Opportunities for growth into leadership and exposure to agile development, open-architecture model-based designs, and collaboration with customers and industry partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical) or related fields
- 2 or more years' related work experience or equivalent
- Notable preferred: MBSE modeling tools experience, Agile experience
- Citizenship requirement to obtain U.S. security clearance
- Willingness to relocate per program needs
