Job Summary
Design and Analysis Engineer responsible for translating requirements into system, hardware and software designs; interface specifications; and validating that designs meet operational and functional requirements. Role entails analyzing, integrating, and testing network and communication architectures, command and control systems, mission planning and debrief tools, and situational-awareness enhancements for ground-system capabilities. Drive development of prioritized mission systems digital threads from design through delivery in an Agile, open-architecture, model-based environment. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver next-generation defense capabilities. Basic qualification includes a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and 5+ years of experience; preferred integration and test experience in labs, field, and flight testing. Onsite, with relocation available for eligible candidates. Security clearance: active U.S. Secret required; export-control compliance applies. Salary range: $112,200-$151,800; total rewards package described including 401(k) and other benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical) or Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
