Job Summary
Design Advisor in Amstelveen, responsible for providing professional customer service and personalised design guidance, introducing customers to Tylko’s furniture customization, guiding them through the digital configurator to tailor pieces, maintaining visual merchandising aligned with brand identity, gathering customer feedback for HQ/R&D, and contributing to store sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent English and Dutch communication, comfort with digital tools (product configurator, CRM), a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for creating exceptional customer experiences in a showroom setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience (retail, showroom, hospitality, or services) is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Ability to explain technical product details in a simple, engaging way
- Comfort with digital tools such as a product configurator and CRM system
- Openness and confidence with customers, quickly building trust and understanding needs
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
