Develop and sustain the ITAM module focusing on Software Asset Management (SAM) by managing software contract and licensing records. Organize software data for normalization and link licenses, contracts, and usage rights to CMDB items. Identify compliance and licensing optimization opportunities while creating dashboards for utilization, compliance, and cost savings. Implement improvements and automations within the ServiceNow platform through interaction with technical teams, business units, and executive stakeholders. This senior role involves working on high-complexity global transformation projects, requiring expertise in ServiceNow, ITAM/SAM, and CMDB management.
