Job Summary
Develop and maintain legacy Mainframe systems using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and SQL while modernizing the Santander architecture to improve efficiency and reduce mainframe dependency. Lead functional and technical analysis, gather business requirements, and produce detailed documentation for batch and online program evolution. Operate and monitor Control-M batch jobs, troubleshoot abends through restarts and reruns, and manage datasets, GDGs, and VSAM environments in TSO/ISPF. Execute unit and integration tests, support production deployments, and collaborate within agile teams using Scrum/Kanban and Jira. Required Qualifications
- Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento Mainframe
- Sólidos conhecimentos em: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, SQL
- Experiência em desenvolvimento Batch e Online
- Experiência em Control-M Mainframe
- Conhecimento em TSO/ISPF
- Experiência com análise e tratamento de Abends
- Conhecimento em SYSIN, datasets, GDG, VSAM, RCs e Steps
- Experiência em manutenção corretiva e evolutiva
- Vivência com arquitetura Mainframe
- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experiência com Jira e Confluence
