Job Summary
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user story mapping. Define and prioritize the product vision, roadmap, and backlog based on business value. Liaise between business and technical teams to translate needs into functional specifications while validating requirements with stakeholders. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to ensure clear understanding. Assist in project planning, track progress, and facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders. Manage project scope, change requests, and meeting documentation to monitor status. This hybrid role combines business analysis expertise with product ownership responsibilities and a touch of project coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Business analysis and stakeholder management
- Product vision and strategy
- Communication and collaboration as a liaison to both business and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science)
- Proven experience in business analysis and product ownership
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Experience with business analysis techniques and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
