Job Summary
Develop and maintain RPG applications for banking management systems, collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Execute unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and performance, while monitoring and resolving existing application errors. Document processes, architectures, and software configurations, and actively participate in continuous development process improvement and best practice implementation. Stay current with emerging software trends and banking sector technologies. Requires a Systems Engineering or related degree, minimum two years of RPG development experience, DB2 and SQL knowledge, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en desarrollo de software utilizando RPG.
- Conocimiento en bases de datos DB2 y SQL.
- Habilidades en resolución de problemas y pensamiento analítico.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con diferentes áreas del banco.
