Job Summary
Lead the development, management, and launch of new cosmetic and beauty products, acting as the technical liaison between the company, national and international laboratories, and regulatory bodies. Define product characteristics from concept to launch, manage regulatory and quality compliance including GMP and INVIMA standards, and design packaging while coordinating labeling and authority notifications. Identify innovation opportunities through collaboration with industry peers and internal teams. Requires a Chemical Engineering degree, 3-5 years of experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals, and knowledge of INVIMA, ISO, and FDA regulations. Based in Bogotá.
Required Qualifications
- Ingeniería Química, Química Farmacéutica, Química Industrial, o afines
- Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años, desarrollando productos cosméticos, farmacéuticos o de cuidado personal
- Conocimientos en BPM, normatividad INVIMA, ISO aplicables y regulaciones internacionales (FDA, EMA, etc.)
- Inglés: Intermedio
