Job Summary
Dermatology Territory Account Specialist – Glendale / Bakersfield. Field-based and remote opportunity focusing on key dermatology accounts within assigned geography. You’ll lead account-based selling, build strategic territory plans, coordinate with field teams and home office, and deliver access support to healthcare providers. Responsibilities include navigating account challenges, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging omni-channel outreach (virtual and in person), and driving product demand while aiming to improve patient outcomes. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales with distributed teams, willingness to travel, and strong collaboration and ethical leadership capabilities. Driving is essential; a valid driver’s license is required. The role may involve hybrid in-person and remote work within the specified California territories, Glendale and Bakersfield.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required from a 4-year college or university
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years
- Proven track record of high performance in selling to large accounts and key customers
- Ability to travel 60-80% across a broad geography; must have a valid driver's license
- Demonstrated strategic account management, cross-functional collaboration, and ethical leadership
