Job Summary
Field-based and remote opportunity supporting dermatology key accounts in assigned geography (Glendale, CA and Bakersfield, CA). You’ll lead with purpose, connect with Health Care Providers, and balance demand generation with strategic account engagement to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include navigating accounts to deliver tailored solutions, building and executing a strategic territory plan, partnering with territory teammates and home-office colleagues to address customer needs, leveraging market insights to drive pull-through and local engagements (virtual or in person), delivering real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services, and using omni-channel outreach to engage customers. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant healthcare/pharma sales experience, reside within the territory or close commuting distance, and be able to travel 60-80% across the territory. A valid driver’s license is required. The role is field-based with remote elements and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years
- Willingness to travel 60-80% across a broad geography
- Must have a valid driver’s license
