Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient dermatology settings at the Memphis VA Medical Center. Responsibilities include observing patient responses and procedures, reviewing records, monitoring and reporting dermatology clinic outcomes, and educating and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows. CME reimbursement possible; malpractice tail coverage; potential recruitment incentive; debt-reduction program for eligible candidates. Requires MD/DO, board eligibility or certification in Dermatology, unrestricted license, BLS/CPR, US citizenship, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
- Full and unrestricted medical license from any state
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- US Citizenship
- Proficient in written and spoken English
