Job Summary
Evaluate and manage adult patients in an outpatient setting across Brooklyn and Manhattan, assisting with patient evaluations, follow-up visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and medication management. Coordinate care with physicians and specialists within a collaborative multi-specialty practice serving a diverse New York City population. Requires an active New York Physician Assistant license and experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or outpatient settings. Competitive compensation package available for certified providers.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant
- Active New York Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Ability to evaluate and manage adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
Desired Qualifications
- Primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or outpatient experience preferred
- Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required
