Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care to adult patients in a Boston Medical Center Dermatology setting. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions, and perform dermatologic procedures such as skin biopsies and excisions, cryotherapy and electrodessication, and intralesional and cosmetic injections (if applicable). Develop and manage treatment plans, follow patients longitudinally, and educate patients on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment options. Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with dermatologists, primary care providers, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Massachusetts licensure (current or eligible)
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA as applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of direct outpatient dermatology experience required
- Demonstrated competency in medical dermatology and common dermatologic procedures
