Job Summary
Room patients, update electronic medical records, and assist with biopsies, surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments. Administer local anesthesia, transcribe provider exams, and manage prescriptions, pathology, and lab results. Educate patients on treatment plans while stocking rooms, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to strict sterile techniques. Travel between offices is required. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a medical office with EHR system
- Must be able to work as a professional team member while completing tasks independently
- Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of strict sterile techniques or learn quickly

- Empathetic with patient needs and concerns
- Prefers a fast paces work environment
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Travel between offices is required

Desired Qualifications
- Recent Health Science graduate on a Pre-PA or Pre-Med track
- While prior experience working in a medical office is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records, particularly proficiency with EMA
- Dermatology experience
- Strong self-starters with a willingness to learn
