Job Summary
Dermatology Faculty – Assistant Professor providing direct patient care (consults and outpatient services) and leading/dividing teaching activities for medical, nursing, and allied health students; participate in conferences, rounds, and resident supervision; advance clinical knowledge through academic and scholarly efforts; assume administrative responsibilities including advising/evaluating residents and students, providing medical direction for Hospital services, and participating in departmental/health system committees; compensation includes a base salary of $450,000 with initial $30,000 incentives, relocation allowance, and comprehensive benefits; requires MD/DO, dermatology residency, board certification, Texas medical license, and U.S. citizenship or work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an approved medical school
- Completion of an approved Dermatology Residency training program
- U.S. Board Certification
- Valid State of Texas medical license
- U.S. Citizenship or Employment Authorization to work in the U.S.
