Job Summary
Dermatology Faculty – Assistant Professor accountable for direct patient care in dermatology, teaching medical students, residents, and allied health trainees; participation in conferences, rounds, and supervision; advancing clinical knowledge through scholarly work; and taking on administrative duties such as advising residents, providing medical direction for Hospital services, and serving on departmental/Health System committees. Includes a base salary of $450,000 with relocation allowance and an emphasis on clinical care, teaching, and academic activities. Must hold an MD or DO, completed dermatology residency, board certification, Texas medical license, and be a U.S. citizen or have employment authorization.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O degree from an approved medical school
- Completion of an approved Dermatology Residency training program
- U.S. Board Certification
- Valid State of Texas medical license
- U.S. Citizenship or Employment Authorization to work in the U.S.
