Job Summary
Dermatology Faculty – Assistant Professor responsible for direct patient care (consults and outpatient services), participating in all teaching activities (conferences, lectures, rounds, supervision of students and residents), advancing clinical knowledge through academic work, and assuming administrative duties (advising/evaluating residents and students, medical direction for Hospital services, and committee participation) with relocation benefits and a base salary of $450,000 plus incentives. Requires MD/DO, dermatology residency, board certification, Texas license, U.S. citizenship or work authorization; positions based in UTMB in Texas with emphasis on teaching, patient care, and scholarly activity.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O from an approved medical school
- Completion of an approved Dermatology Residency training program
- U.S. Board Certification
- Valid State of Texas medical license
- U.S. Citizenship or Employment Authorization to work in the U.S.
