Job Summary
Dermatology District Business Manager leads and develops Dermatology Sales Representatives across the Mid-Atlantic district, reports to Regional Director, ensures district sales performance, recruits and trains sales reps, conducts performance evaluations, drives product demand, analyzes sales data, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and maintains strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years pharma/biopharma experience with 3+ years in sales leadership, Dermatology market experience preferred, ability to travel, and strong leadership and coaching skills to achieve district sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of seven years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with three years of sales leadership/management
- Experience in the Dermatology market strongly preferred
- Proven leadership in hiring, coaching, developing, retaining and promoting top talent
- Ability to travel extensively with local and regional influence
- Regular overnight travel may be required
