Dermatology

Conduct medical and surgical dermatology with optional procedures, including Mohs micrographic surgery, pediatric dermatology, and advanced gene therapy. Teach daily in clinic with assigned residents while participating in conferences, lectures, and grand rounds. Build or focus on subspecialty clinics and add cosmetic services if desired. Manage a fixed patient volume of 15-16 patients per half day within a six-month new-patient backlog. Work an 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule with rare overnight contact during assigned call coverage. Join a collaborative department of 12 faculty and 19 residents offering Epic, ambient documentation, and resident support. Practice across Galveston and League City clinical locations including Victory Lakes Town Center and the main campus clinic.
