Conduct medical and surgical dermatology with optional procedures and cosmetic services, managing a fixed patient volume of 15-16 per half day across Galveston and League City locations. Teach daily in clinic with assigned residents while participating in conferences, lectures, and grand rounds. Build or focus on subspecialty clinics within a collaborative department of 12 faculty and 19 residents, supported by Epic and ambient documentation. Maintain an 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule with rare overnight call coverage. New hires receive a two-year salary guarantee and $5,000 in annual continuing medical education support.
