Job Summary
Frontier Dermatology seeks a full-time BC/BE Dermatologist to join our physician-led, physician-owned practice in Arlington, WA (Smokey Point) and Everett, WA. The role involves a hybrid practice model with a comprehensive dermatology service mix including general, pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetics, and a busy clinical research division. Opportunities to teach via ACGME-accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs, with academic appointments at the University of Washington. Collaborative environment with in-house CAP/CLIA-certified labs, HIPAA-compliant case sharing app, monthly grand rounds, and journals clubs. Competitive compensation with sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and a broad benefits package (medical/dental/vision, PPO, HSA, FSA, 401K with match, life insurance, paid holidays, personal days, CME days and allowance). Estimated earnings range is $500,000-$750,000 annually for 1.0 FTE at 32 patient-facing hours/week (32 patients/day), depending on patient mix and payer/procedure mix.
