Conduct full-service dermatology, surgical, and cosmetic patient care within a Greater Seattle practice, supported by a clinical and administrative team. Build and retain a patient panel while managing practice ownership responsibilities, including financial decision-making and participation in practice management. Maintain unrestricted medical licensure and demonstrate growth-minded leadership potential alongside teamwork with existing partners. Schedule includes four or more full-time days per week with no weekends or in-patient requirements. Top-of-market compensation features a guaranteed base salary plus percentage of collections, uncapped income, and a starting bonus, complemented by relocation assistance, paid vacation, and continued education reimbursement.
