Job Summary
Provide comprehensive dermatological care to medically needy and underserved communities at an FQHC in Klamath Falls, OR. Diagnose and treat skin conditions; perform skin examinations, biopsies, and minor surgical procedures; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; document clinical observations and maintain medical records per clinic protocols; participate in quality improvement activities; comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements; build respectful, relationship-based care with patients and the care team. This role offers a starting salary of $350,000–$400,000 plus productivity bonuses and a robust benefits package including HRSA loan forgiveness, CME allowance, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits. Requirements include board certification or eligibility, medical degree from an accredited school, Oregon license with DEA and CPR, and ability to work some evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility required
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine required
- Current, valid license to practice in the State of Oregon, including a DEA license and CPR, required
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends, as needed
- Three years of experience in primary health care environment preferred
- Knowledge of health center licensing and operations (Regulatory, policy, protocols) preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team; maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to culturally diverse patient and employee population
