Academic Dermatology physician role with appointment as full-time Faculty-Mohs Surgery. The department seeks dermatologists and dermatopathologists to join as Assistant Professor with opportunities in Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatopathology, teledermatology, and clinical research, serving a diverse patient population in the Pittsburgh region. Responsibilities include clinical care across general dermatology, Mohs surgery, laser/aesthetic services, inpatient consultations, and participation in clinical research and collaborations with basic science colleagues; teledermatology programs are in place. Strong academic orientation and board certification/eligibility are expected; affiliation with University of Pittsburgh/UPMC and potential for research opportunities are highlighted.”,
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
- Dermatopathology qualification/interest
- Faculty appointment at Assistant Professor level
- Academic medicine experience or interest in clinical research and teledermatology
