Derivatives Onboarding Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct derivatives onboarding functions internally and externally to enable portfolio managers to use derivatives and traders to execute trades. Coordinate operational readiness with middle office, operations, and collateral management, while engaging brokers, custodians, and Legal Services for agreements. Prioritize resolving real-time trade matching issues and maintain accurate records of accounts, products, and legal documentation per retention policy. Close legacy trading gaps and update procedures to meet internal audit requirements. Contribute to broker relationship management, side projects for record cleanup, and process harmonization with the Asia team. Evaluate practices to increase efficiency and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant undergraduate education - Business Administration, Finance, Economics, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of meaningful industry experience
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime
- Willingness to work on a mid-shift schedule
