Job Summary

Derivatives Analytics & AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable derivatives solutions across corporate, sponsor, and institutional clients. Focus areas include pricing, structuring, and risk analysis of derivatives (interest rate, FX, and structured financing), development of models and workflows for client financials and hedging strategies, and lifecycle analytics (scenario modeling, sensitivities, performance tracking). Role also encompasses AI-enabled front-office workflows for trade analysis, client pitches, market research, and knowledge tools to accelerate decision-making, along with contributions to proprietary platforms for structured hedging and portfolio risk transfer. The candidate will work in a fast-paced front-office environment, interfacing with clients and front-office teams, and will integrate AI tools with internal systems and APIs for real-time analytics and execution support. Required skills include strong programming in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL; experience with data pipelines, analytics platforms, and risk/modelling; and a quantitative background evident in engineering, computer science, finance, or mathematics. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience are expected, with hybrid work arrangements noted.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in: Financial analytics, data engineering, or structured products OR a combination of software engineering and capital markets experience
  • General knowledge of interest rate and currency derivatives related hedging strategy
  • Familiarity with hedge accounting preferable
  • Strong programming skills in: Python (numpy, pandas, scipy, sk-learn, langchain/langgraph), JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL (preferred)
  • Experience building: Data pipelines and analytics platforms, Financial or risk models
