Job Summary
DER Operations Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of Hot Water Control services and Power Quality Data delivery across AU & NZ. Monitor outputs, track KPIs and SLAs, investigate and resolve issues, assist with customer and stakeholder communications, analyze meter fleet and service performance for trends and risks, contribute to rollout of new features and service improvements, and support development of timely reports, documentation, and training materials. Strong problem-solving, data accuracy, and the ability to interpret insights for internal and external stakeholders are required, with hands-on experience in distributed energy resources or smart metering environments preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a technical field such as Engineering, Science, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
