Deputy Team Leader (REACH)

Job Summary
As Deputy Team Leader in the REACH team, you will support clients with severe mental illness to reach their goals, mentor Reach workers, deputise for the Team Leader, and manage a caseload in a recovery-focused, person-centred way. You will use lived experience of recovery to inspire others, ensure client notes are fully recorded and maintained, uphold safeguarding and professional conduct procedures, and participate in leadership meetings in the Team Leader’s absence.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE Level 4 or above, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years’ experience of working one to one with clients who face challenges with their mental health, including with clients who have SMI
- Some experience of working in a multi-agency health or social care setting
- Experience of using IT systems to record client notes
- Competent in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Non-judgmental and supportive interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and workload effectively
- A track record of delivering on your commitments
