Job Summary
Lead the launch of the One Change St Paul's store by supporting the Store Manager in coaching the team, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, stock, and standards. Take ownership of daily floor leadership, oversee compliance, and step up to lead the store during the Store Manager's absence. Use performance data to improve results and develop team engagement through coaching and 1-to-1s. Work 40 hours weekly on a rota basis including weekends, with mandatory training at the Store Support Centre and training stores. Contribute to a high-performing culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences in this key leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or deputy management role
- Experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership and people support skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong operational understanding and attention to detail
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
- including weekends
- one full weekend off
- one weekend on
- one Saturday off
- one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle
- two days at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester
- 4 to 8 weeks at one of our training stores
