Job Summary
Deputy Manager responsible for supporting the Store Manager at ProCook’s High Wycombe store and driving excellent customer service, merchandising, and store performance. Responsibilities include leading a team, training staff on products and sales techniques, maintaining store presentation and inventory, guiding merchandising and customer engagement strategies, conducting daily team briefings, monitoring service standards, ensuring policy compliance, performing stock checks, and helping achieve sales targets and KPIs. Requires retail management or supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with retail management systems.
