Job Summary
Drive store sales and operations by coordinating product managers, the ops manager, and CX manager to meet key performance indicators and exceed store targets. Supervise all store activities including floor management, stockroom organization, and cash desk procedures while ensuring strict adherence to company standards and safety protocols. Manage team schedules, payroll, and recruitment processes to maintain productivity and foster a positive work environment. Monitor inventory levels, replenishment KPIs, and security procedures to minimize stock loss and ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead by example in customer service and sustainability initiatives, driving internal succession planning and continuous team development.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Company, the Brand and the store they are applying for
- Experience in managing a similar retail operation within a fast-paced environment
- Team management experience, maximising profitability and drive sales
- Basic knowledge and understanding of UK employment law
- Systematic organised approach to work
- High level of numeracy
